Paul Kofoed has extensive engineering experience as a coatings  consultant, chemist, and coatings inspector. He has decades expertise as  an in-house consultant at a national engineering firm. He has been the  principle investigator in evaluating coating, flooring, and built  systems to determine the cause(s) of construction failures, in peer  review and development of project specifications, to provide on-site  observations and inspection of remedial construction, and to implement  successful repairs.

Paul has expertise in field and laboratory studies of construction  materials, including the assessment of performance, durability, and  compatibility characteristics. Mr. Kofoed has provided extensive support  and testimony in construction failures litigation.
